The company has established three types of production lines, totaling nine in number, for biological fermentation of food-grade amino acids, plant extraction, and solid-phase and liquid-phase synthesis of peptides. It can produce over 20 types of food-grade amino acids and over 10 types of edible-grade plant extracts. Two production lines have been set up for the liquid-phase synthesis of special protected amino acids and short peptide fragments. Two R&D lines for cosmetic peptides, customized peptides, and drug fragments, as well as three solid-phase automatic and semi-automatic synthesis production lines have been established. It can produce over 100 types of cosmetic peptides and over 200 types of customized peptides.
The company is managed in accordance with the CGMP quality system. It has over 40 personnel including QA and QC staff, who are responsible for supervising and managing the entire process of product from raw material procurement to production, analysis, quality control, product testing, packaging and storage, transfer and distribution, as well as after-sales services.
